I designed an admin console for Verizon and AT&T customer support, integrating call management, performance feedback, and knowledgebase access. I also produced visual and messaging assets for CES. 

Technicians’ console
Asurion needed a “wow” product announcement for their CES 2014 strategic marketing effort. Asurion support technician tools weren’t integrated and competitors could claim their systems allowed their techs to work more efficiently.

My contract called for a future product “vision” but I delivered an implementable UX spec which integrated the five stand-alone modules: current call status, case histories, personal status, messaging, and support content. I conducted a lot of on-site research, sitting with technicians during support calls to help refine product requirements.
